Get or Not : The Cheapest Acoustic Guitar that I'll never buy again.

This is my wannabe guitar.
Well future readers, as you might already know; I'm a music aficionado - I love everything that has to do with music, so I buy a lot of things related to music - including of course Acoustic Guitars.  Currently I'm the owner of 3 different acoustic guitars, and 1 wannabe acoustic guitar.  I want to talk about that wannabe guitar today, and help you identify such things.

The picture that you see up there, is precisely the wannabe guitar; can you see something wrong with it?

No? of course not; let's look at a more odd picture that's normally ignored when looking for a new guitar - and while we're at it, let me point out the thing that makes this a useless guitar out of the box.

It has a 3th of an inch extra distance from the bone to the first fret.  That will make the guitar sound like it has a bad 'finger bar' placement; it won't sound good... ever; the vibration will start on the bar near the first fret and every time you hit the strings the tones will change.   The only way to make this guitar sound godd is if you make some alterations.

What I did place a capo on the first; and then I tuned the guitar from there with the normal E tuning.  The guitar is made with basswood, but the sound is great to the point that it sounds just like a rosewood guitar - if it only weren't for that little mistake that cuts short a whole pitch change, this guitar would've been one of my favorites.

These sell, for nearly $40 and include a pipe tuner, extra strings and a guitar bag - they always include that; so if you're shopping online and you see a very cheap New guitar with a guitar bag that just says "Guitar" you can bet your eyes they're trying to sell a mediocre product.

If you're looking for a cheap guitar, find one on your local music store or find an online seller that's willing to supply extra pictures and sound samples; don't Ever buy a string instrument by just Looking at the pictures.  Just remember that string instruments depend on every part of the body to sound correctly; if you don't test it you won't really know if the instrument's in good shape.
