Got Gen? : Forbidden Planet's actor Leslie Nielsen Dies

Well future readers, we have some pretty sad news today. Leslie Nielsen has passed away, according to family he died of pneumonia in a hospital in Florida. Leslie Nielsen was that guy with the warm smile, trademark white hair and super ability to make you laugh. Even when he had serious roles, you would get the impression that he would just fire up a joke. I remember the first time I saw his acting was when I saw "Naked Gun" - the movie was one of the top "VHS tapes that I watch every week" list when VHS's where still a thing.

If you do a search today for Leslie Nielsen, the reactions are endless; and most of them (if not all) have the same thing to say -
Even though he passed away; his talent will go on for ever. His way of acting was unique, and it never missed a chance to make us laugh.

We can't think Sad today, when the person that died was always promoting laughter.
