EntertainMint: Osu! the Awesome Rhythm game for your PCs and iPhones

Osu! is the rhythm game born from the inspiration of many comercial rhythm games and optimized to be played with your Mouse, yes... your Computer Mouse. Someone sent me an email a few weeks ago with the link and asked me to give my 'info' version; while I do love information I don't know what an "info version" so instead I'll fill you guys in into what Osu! is and why is so much fun.

What is Osu! ? -
Well, the main website explains what makes osu different from other rhythm games so lets quote the site.

What is osu!?
osu! is a rhythm game based on the gameplay of a variety of popular commercial rhythm games. While aiming to keep authentic gameplay and scoring, osu! increases the epic factor through online rankings, multiplayer, replay exchange, and a huge community following. Also available is a fully functional built-in editor, allowing intuitive creation of your own beatmaps for the songs you want to play.

So basically is a community driven rhythm game that can be played for free on any pc with a mouse/touchscreen/touchpad. But wait, the fun thing about osu is that it IS PLAYED WITH YOUR MOUSE, the game doesn't reward your super fast touch typing, or puts you down to playing specific instruments; instead it tests your reaction and reflexes with your mouse.

To be a good player in games like Starcraft and Warcraft you require something called a high "apm" - Actions per minute. Actions per minute define how many "actions" you do in the game per... minute; well in this game you'll train precisely that technique, you'll need to click in specific forms, rotate your mouse, hold and release and if that doesn't sound challenging enough you can try playing any song on it's fastest mode.

The game itself is super small size wise initially; but once you start downloading songs the size can go past the 1gb line in no time. It offers a multiplayer mode, and the community is pretty active; you'll find new songs almost every day.
