Get or Not : Bullworker's IsoBow

The smallest, most compact exerciser you can own.

That's the main idea of this little product.  Future readers... In the past months I actually got in shape (and plan on showing you guys the difference of Potato 2010 Me vs 2012 Me in a few weeks) using only a basic calorie diet a pair of dumbbells and every equipment from the bullworker company.

Since it worked for me I might as well tell you about their latest exercise equipment, the Iso-bow.  Isometric exercises are the fastest way to build muscle, flexibility and strength without lifting weights or even exploding repetitions.  You can build muscle "holding" and "pressing" creating tension to your muscles until they get to the climax; a normal isometric or isotonic routine would get you worked up on the first day.

I'll let you guys know about all the technical stuff later on more posts; since the routines and workouts worked extremely well for me; for now I want to let you know about the exerciser that's been reinforcing my joints and giving me more strenght at a weekly level that contributes to more muscle when I combine it with my exercise routine.

The Iso-Bow by Bullworker.  They advertise it as the smallest exerciser; and heaven knows it's actually something so interesting that I even face-palmed when I saw it.  "Why didn't I think of that?" was my thought.

Now... don't look at me thinking; "oh... well that's a stupid gimmick".  The Iso-Bow is a perfect warm up exerciser; and not only that but if you use it between routines your muscles will get the extra isometric punch.  In a month using the thing, my strenght level increased by quite a bit and even my joints where more flexible.

The Iso-Bow's only $10 plus $5 shipping; so for $15 you get something that you can take to your office, or school, or heck take it to your in-laws.

I'm pretty young.. just 23 years old; this thing along with the rest of the bullworker lineup have been increasing my strength and tone pretty fast; and I've been compared with guys doing the P90X, I've talked to them too to share routines and diets and they still can't believe I got my shape without getting out of my house and without using more than just a pair of dumbbells, the Iso-Bow, and the Bullworker Package.  (Plus, I've been using it since November. I'll post my story soon enough in the next few weeks.)

Just check out this video; it'll explain what the Iso-Bow's does.  I use it as a warm-up exerciser, and for some isometric exercises that I would normally do with just my hands or desk; but with this is more comfortable.

The Iso-Bow is worth the 15 bucks if you want some flexibility and strenght; mix it with a nice routine and you'll see that it's more than just a piece of nylon with handles; it's your new morning strenght training warm-up exerciser.
