I must confess, I heard pretty bad things about them in the past (like, poor customer support, or the most casual "the service is controlled in America"). The reality? The service is pretty decent, the customer support hasn't failed me yet and the pricing was pretty adequate.
I paid for a whole month just to try it out. To my surprise even with Puerto Rico's infrastructure the connection through the VPN was smooth and kept going smooth even during playing and skyping.
I've been playing around with different VPNs to test some region locked software and sites (that somehow think that Puerto Rico isn't part of the US) and this vpn helped pretty much with everything (even those pesky coupon sites and promotion sites).
Speaking of which, I found a deal to get a whole year worth of the sweet vpn service for less than 20 bucks. A 60 dollar value was just cut more than half.
The service is still going strong (at least with the connection from Puerto Rico). I guess is one of those things we're ok with getting.
